The Egadi Islands are an archipelago located between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sicilian Channel. It is located about 7 km from the western coast of Sicily, between Trapani and Marsala. The archipelago consists of three main islands - Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo - and two islets, as well as numerous rock formations and sea stacks.
The Amalfi Coast is the stretch of Campania coast, located south of the Sorrento peninsula, which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno; it is bordered to the west by Positano and to the east by Vietri sul Mare.
